Tempered channa.....


Tempered channa or sundal is an easiest evening snack to make and serve....I never really tried it so today thought of making it as a snack...





* Soak channa in water for 5 hours..

* Pressure cook channa in salt water for 2 whistles

* Temper channa with mustard seeds,curry leaves, dry red chillis, slit green chillies..

* Garnish with coconut and corainder leaves...

P.S. : Try also with corn or broad beans...
