Sometimes we tend to fall into the pits of sadness,pain,agony,frustration ,anger and so on...At these times we wonder how to get our mind back on track and how to become calm and composed...So here's a tip to regain ourselves..This is a method people all around the world have tried and worked like magic...
#1 The first step is getting a warm cup of your favorite beverage..It can be coffee,tea, hot chocolate anything warm...Sit down in a place and try to warm your hands and yourself up...Holding a warm cup tends to cool down and make us regain our calmness...Take your own time in devouring the drink thereby giving mind some peace....And Voila you shall feel better than ever !!!

#2 : Grab that bar of CHOCOLATE !!! Chocolate is great for making one feel elated and brings out all those vibrant cells of our mind back to action..Eating chocolate helps you to calm yourself and boost your positivity... A bar of chocolate solves all worries like nothing else...
Now these tips are followed by me on a regular basis and I do get upset very often...But a cup of coffee and a bite of chocolate helps clear up all those clouds of sadnesss that hangs around... people do suggest listening to songs, talking to your bestie etc etc...But these methods helps you when you are alone...Also if your friend is sad or gloomy do give them a cup of their favorite beverage and their favorite chocobar and see them wonder what they were sad about :) :)
